Criteria such as academics, personal record, class rank, activities and aptitude test scores are also important factors in evaluating your application.
Candidates should be graduates of an accredited high school or preparatory school. The GED (General Education Development) Certificate is also acceptable.
Wingate is on the rolling admissions system but recommends that students submit their applications for admission by April 1 to ensure space availability.
Advanced placement is available if the student presents
test scores of 3, 4 or 5 on A.P. or
50 points or higher on C.L.E.P. tests. Credit is also granted for scores
of 5, 6 or 7 on the International Baccalaureate Higher Level Exams.
College work can be transferred to
Wingate after an evaluation of all
official college transcripts has been
reviewed.
