Possible Reasons for Log-in Trouble
- Log-in will not work with versions of Netscape prior to 7.0.
- Log-in requires one include the domain. For most people, the domain is ACAD.
So to log-in, try putting ACAD\ in front of your username (e.g., ACAD\stu).
- Make sure that the "user name" field is clear before entering
any information
- The network password has expired. You may request to have your password
reset.
