Online Maintenance Request Form

If you need to make a maintenance request you may either call (704)845-6363 and
leave a message or fill out the online form below. The Campus Services staff
will address your issue as soon as they can. Some problems may require the
ordering of special parts or require a special technician to be contracted
which may delay the repair process. For after hour emergency issues (pipes
leaking, broken glass, electrical problems, etc...) please call (704)233-8000
for a Residence Life staff member. All fields are required.
