Lyceum Proposal Form All proposals must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to an event.
If information regarding venue or time of the event changes (after approval), our office MUST be notified. If Lyceum workers do not know where or when to be at the event because of unpublicized changes, Lyceum credit may not be granted to students who attend.
