Danny Key named president of National Assoc. of College Stores

Wingate University’s bookstore director installed as president of NACS

Wingate, NC – Danny Key, director of Wingate University’s bookstore, was recently installed as national president of the National Association of College Stores (NACS) for 2011 - 2012. He was installed by Wingate University Chief Financial Officer Chuck Taylor and his wife Carol in Houston, Texas. Key is in his eighth year as the University’s bookstore director.

The Salisbury resident is a member of the American Booksellers Association and the Fair Labor Association. He is also a past recipient of the ASPEN Award from NACS which recognizes outstanding contributions to continuing education within the college bookstore industry.

Founded in 1896, Wingate University is a private comprehensive university with more than 2,300 students on two campuses in Wingate and Matthews, North Carolina.
