Wingate, N.C. – Wingate University has announced a new political science major to be offered beginning August 2013. Responding to the demands of the community and the interests of students, the University introduces this new initiative.
"This has been three years in the making, and I am happy both the administration and faculty believe in and support political science,” Dr. Joseph Ellis, assistant professor of political science said. “This will be an enriching major for students interested in public service, non-governmental work, the legal profession or education. Dr. Magdalena Krajewska and I are thrilled about the future of political science at Wingate."
