Wingate University choral department presents

“Ye Watchers and Ye Holy Ones”

Wingate, N.C. – The Wingate University Choral Department will present a free concert,“Ye Watchers and Ye Holy Ones," on Nov. 30 at 7:30 p.m. in McGee Theatre of the George A. Batte, Jr. Fine Arts Center. Wingate University's Director of Choral Activities Kenney Potter said, "The theme of the Christmas Concert centers on the preparation for and adoration of the Christ-child. The repertoire will feature the music of the Advent and Christmas seasons.”

At the end of every concert, the choral department will sell their CDs to support the Thuthuzela Children's Home in South Africa. The choir department adopted this orphanage project during a summer trip to South Africa
