Delta Mu Delta Honor Society

Wingate University is the home of the Zeta Tau Chapter of Delta Mu Delta, the national honor society in business administration. The society promotes excellence in business through recognition of outstanding achievement. Each year, junior, senior and graduate-level business students with the highest academic rankings are invited to become members.

Delta Sigma Pi Business Fraternity
Faculty Advisor: Dr. Lisa A. Schwartz

Delta Sigma Pi is a professional business fraternity encouraging the study of business, scholarship and social activity. In addition, the fraternity promotes an affiliation between the business world and students. Students attend regular meetings and partake in professional, volunteer and social activities. The Xi Sigma Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi at Wingate University is one of the newest chapters in this internationally recognized organization. Students must be business majors to participate. A new pledge class is inducted every fall.

Institute of Management Accountants
Faculty Advisor: Dr. Theodore D. Morrison III

The Institute of Management Accountants at Wingate University is a student affiliate of the Charlotte area chapter of the international professional organization. Students attend dinner meetings in Charlotte once a month to network with potential employers and hear speakers from local, regional and national companies. Membership is open to all business majors.
