University Singers
This large performance ensemble represents Wingate University both in on-campus performances and a spring tour. The repertoire features traditional and non-traditional choral works. Click here to listen to a sample of our singers!

Chamber Choir
Chamber Choir is the small performance ensemble that represents Wingate University both in on-campus performances and two annual tours. The repertoire consists of traditional choral literature as well as a cappella literature for male and female voices.

Symphonic Band
Literature ranges from traditional university band repertoire to novelty compositions.

Chamber Brass
This instrumental touring group is by audition only. Literature ranges from early Baroque to late 20th century.

Stadium Band
The Spirit of Wingate Stadium Band performs at all home football games. Music selections range from 60's pop to classic jazz. The course concludes following the last home football game.

Jazz Band
Cleverly titled 'Swingate, this group performs literature ranging from early jazz to contemporary jazz fusion. One semester hour credit is offered for each semester. Co-requisite: Stadium Band (fall semester), Symphonic Band (spring semester).
