¨   You must have a minimum of 125 hours.

¨   You must have a minimum of 40 Lyceum credits.  (Transfer students may require fewer.  You may check with the Office of the Registrar if you have questions.)

¨   You must have at least 40 hours total of 300 or 400 level courses. (Biology majors only require 34 hours of 300 or 400 level courses.)

¨   You must have a minimum grade point average of 2.0 overall and in your major and in your minor.

¨   You must pass the exit exam in your chosen major.

¨   Your last 30 hours completed immediately before graduation must be taken in residence (on Wingate's campus).

¨   You must have met the General Education requirements as well as the requirements for your major.  Several majors offer a choice between the Bachelor of Science or the Bachelor of Arts degree.  The coursework for one or the other must be complete.

¨   August Graduates may participate in the Commencement ceremony if they are able to complete all necessary degree requirements at Wingate University by the end of the second summer term, have a Cumulative 2.0 GPA and Major 2.0 GPA, are paid in full for all necessary coursework prior to commencement, and have otherwise fulfilled all financial obligations to the University.
