 DEGREE AUDIT REQUEST

 

Request a degree audit to ensure that you graduate on time. Please note that this request does not take the place of a commencement application. All graduates must complete a commencement application.

You may also view your degree audit on-line through IRISLink. Once you log in, click on the Degree Works icon (look for the graduation hat) in the upper right-hand corner. 

If you have trouble viewing your audit, please contact the Office of the Registrar at 704-233-8006.

  • Last name

  • Student ID number

  • Campus Box # (or home address if no box #)

  • Email address



  • Catalog Year you are using for requirements (usually the year you started Wingate) - choose one

     

  • Degree (Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Fine Arts, Bachelor of Music Education) - choose one

  • Major (please include emphasis if applicable)


  • Minor (if any)

  • Graduation Date - choose the date you intend on completing your graduation requirements

          

  • Additional comments concerning degree audit

    It is ultimately the student's responsibility to make sure that all graduation requirements are met.
