Students with disabilities are under the protection of confidentiality laws and need only to disclose the information which would be appropriate for the particular situation. Disability related documents, including testing information, requests for accommodations, etc. are housed securely in the Office of the Director of Disability Support Services and Learning Assistance Programs. Information is only shared with others with written permission of the student.
