Jan. 22 - Deadline to apply for Graduation (May 2011 and August 2011). Applications are also available at the Matthews Campus Office.
March 4-7 - Spring Recess
March 19 & 20 - Graduation Fair from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. in break room.
March 21 - Last day to drop a course and receive a "W."
April 1 - Easter Break
April 15 – Deadline for Student Loan Exit Counseling (May Grads). If you have questions, please contact the Office of Financial Planning at 704-233-8209.
April 23-29 - Final Exams
April 29 - Last day to clear obligations with Business Office.
April 29 - Deadline for August 2013 graduates to be registered and paid in full for summer school classes if they plan to participate in Commencement.
First week of May - Hooding ceremonies and graduation receptions TBA. Please check back in early April.
May 10 -Commencement Practice at 10 a.m. in Academic Quadrangle on Main Campus
May 11 - Commencement at 9 a.m. on Main Campus. Line-up begins at 8:30. If you have not received your hood, you will receive it immediately before the ceremony.
May 31 - Deadline to order your Commencement Video.
