Study Abroad

A Study Abroad Guide
Studying abroad may be that defining moment in your education that will change your life. Nothing will be quite the same after you have studied abroad. Your perspectives will be global, your attitudes will be international and you will have memories that will last a lifetime.  Your resume will be more attractive, in some cases your language proficiency will improve and you will develop lifelong friendships.

The greatest misconception that prevents students from participating in study abroad is its perceived inaccessibility. Study abroad requires planning and preparation, but the office of International Studies will help you every step of the way. Financial aid is often available and students may pursue virtually any field of study. For more information, come by the Office of International Studies or make an appointment with the director, Jennifer Armentrout.
Students with disabilities are also encouraged to participate in study abroad programs.  We will work with the Office of Disability Support Services to determine if your needs can be accommodated.  We are determined to help all students find a program to fit their needs. Disability Services
