If you have attended another college(s) since withdrawing from Wingate University:

Request that your official college transcript(s) be sent to the Office of Admissions. All transcripts from any college attended must be submitted, even if credit was not earned. Your application cannot be acted upon until all such transcripts are received by the Wingate Admissions Office. Wingate will transfer courses from regionally accredited institutions of higher education for which a grade of “C” or higher was received, provided such courses are applicable to the Wingate University curriculum.

Submit your completed Confidential Inquiry Form. Section I is to be completed by you and Section II is to be completed and signed by the Dean of Students at the last college attended. It is expected that you will be in good academic and personal standing at that college.

If five years have passed since you were enrolled at Wingate University:

Request your official high school transcript be sent to the Office of Admissions. Candidates should be graduates of an accredited high school or preparatory school. The GED (General Education Development) Certificate is also acceptable. All home school transcripts must be notarized.

If you currently have a balance with Wingate University:

Please contact the Business Office at 704-233-8211 immediately. Until all outstanding balances have been paid in full, re-admission cannot be processed.

Wait no longer than two weeks to receive an admission decision!

The two week time frame begins the day all items above are submitted to the Office of Admissions. We will send your application file to the following offices to be cleared for processing and approval: Student Life, Business Office and Registrar’s Office. We will contact you with a decision and your next steps.  Students may submit resumes, letters of recommendation, essays and/or appeals.
