Message from co-chairs Don and Anita Taft

Dear Friends,
     It is our privilege to announce the initiation of the Wingate Society.

In this very special charter year, Anita and I have enthusiastically agreed to serve as co-chairs of this exciting new venture. We believe in Wingate!

     Little did we know in 1984, when our oldest daughter decided to attend Wingate, how much this school would come to mean to our family. Our second daughter also became a Wingate graduate as did a son-in-law. Our involvement in Wingate, beyond simply being parents to two students, began in 1986 when we were asked to form the first Parent’s Council at Wingate. After the girls graduated, we established a small scholarship fund, which through additional corporate matching funds,

will continue to benefit students well into the future. That’s our Wingate story!

     The Wingate Society is made up of individuals and organizations with a deep sense of commitment to Wingate and what it stands for – Faith, Knowledge and Service. Continued...
