The Parent Association Advisory Board serves as the board of the Wingate Parents Association. The mission of the Parent Association Advisory Board is to serve as an advisory council for Wingate University and to assist with the selection of fundraising projects that will be of interest to Wingate Parents.

Members of the Parent Association Advisory Board support Wingate by promoting effective relationships between parents and the university for the benefit of students and the university community. They are also responsible for assisting the university in achieving its mission by encouraging other parents to voluntarily contribute time, effort, and support. Members of the Parent Association Advisory Board are appointed by university leadership and entrusted with the Parent Fund project selection.
