FOURTH LEADERSHIP YEAR

During the 4th year, we focus on sustainability,
legacy and succession planning and how to use the information from
the previous years to adequately transition from college. The
retreat focuses on team building, adventure activities, and high
ropes initiatives. The Washington, DC trip is a 3 day, 2 night event
packed full of great opportunities.
