What is Leadership Fellows?

History: Leadership Fellows was generated out of Academic Affairs to engage students in meaningful opportunities in conjunction with curricular experiences. Beginning in the sophomore year, students participate in a series of programs, events, and discussions that continue through the years until graduation. Since the shift to Student Affairs, Leadership Fellows is transitioning into a four-year leadership development program that begins with the First Leadership Year (FLY).
