THIRD LEADERSHIP YEAR
 |
Year three uses the previous year’s of focus on self
and group to develop the community. A two-day fall semester retreat
involving icebreakers, team builders, and low-ropes initiatives to
illustrate the importance of team development and motivation of
others. Students have the opportunity to plan the entire program
from events and discussions to meals and late-night activities.
During the second semester, juniors participate Great Decisions
Discussions. The Great Decisions Magazine is released by the Foreign
Policy Association to teach our citizens about what is going on in
the world to promote globalization and understanding.
