Minority High School Student Leadership
Conference
The Minority High School Student Leadership Conference is
a one day conference held on the campus of Wingate University. The purpose of
this conference is to inspire, motivate, challenge and transform students
into positive leaders in their schools. Another goal for this event is to build
relationships between local high school students and the students of Wingate
University.
Past topics have included:
Planning for college
Maintaining your religion in college
The pains of being a leader
Study skills and time management
Choosing friends wisely in college
Money Management
Be yourself!
This year's conference will be held on November 11, 2006.
