ABOUT STUDENT ACTIVITIES

Mission Statement:
The Office of Student Activities strives to provide a comprehensive activities program that promotes personal development, encourages student learning and leadership, meets a variety of social interests, fosters a sense of community, and supports the missions of the Office of Student Life and Wingate University.

Students plan and lead activities that provide out of the classroom learning experiences both off and on-campus. These events are offered throughout each semester and include the Annual Christmas Dinner/Dance, Welcome Week, Homecoming and Spring Fling. Additionally, Weekend Blitz provides students with a variety of off-campus activities in the surrounding area for little to no cost.
