Meeting Room Information

There are rooms available for meetings and other events within the DPC. To make a reservation, complete a reservation form and return it to the Campus Life GA office.
 

*Ames Turnout can hold 100 seated and 125 standing. There is a large screen and full AV capabilities.

*Helms Forum contains tiered seating and holds 100 people. It is fully equipped for Audio Visual needs.

*Huntley Commons is an open meeting space that can facilitate 150-200 people comfortably.

*SGA Conference Room comfortably seats 10-12 people around a large table. The conference room contains a large flat panel TV with computer access.

*Student Lounge can be used for small meeting space. With 2 tables and 2 couches it can seat 10-12 people.
