Important Group Campus Visit Guidelines
We ask that you submit your request a minimum of two weeks prior to your requested tour date. If you must cancel your appointment, please let us know at least one week in advance. Groups who cancel less than one week in advance will no longer be authorized to reserve future group campus visit dates.
Once your group’s tour has been scheduled the group’s contact person will receive a confirmation email containing directions to campus, parking information and other helpful information to ensure a successful visit to Wingate University.
Please note: We are only able to accommodate one group per time slot. Because of this, we ask that you refrain from making travel arrangements until you've received confirmation from our office of your tour date and time. Group campus visits are only available on Wednesdays.
