Research Posters

Faculty, students and staff at Wingate University may submit a poster for printing. 

• Undergraduate and Graduate students may print a 42x32 poster for $30.00. 
• Faculty and Staff may print a 42x32 poster for $35.00. 
• Please note that these funds are used to support maintenance and supplies related to poster printing. Any remaining funds are allocated towards undergraduate research opportunities.
• Payment for posters must be made using this website. Posters must be paid for before pickup.

Posters are printed by advance request only, please allow up to four business days. During busy times, usually the end of the semester, please allow additional time. You will be notified by e-mail when your poster is ready for pick-up.

All posters must be submitted for printing correctly sized and in a properly formatted PDF image file format.

Posters should be sized 42x32. You are encouraged to utilize the template (see below) provided on the Undergraduate Research website in your poster design. Please note that all posters must have a white or light-colored background, but text, images and graphics can use color. 

*NOTE: We do not proofread your poster. If there is an error found you must resubmit and go through the submission process again and you will be charged for the reprint.
