Tuition Payment Options

Smaller monthly payments are a smart way to budget and pay your tuition.

We understand family finances and the challenges of paying educational expenses. It’s not always easy to pay everything at once, so we offer tuition options, including an interest-free monthly payment plan.

The Wingate University payment plan spreads your tuition over five monthly payments each semester, making it easier to fit tuition payments into the family budget.

You’ll enjoy peace of mind knowing that the payment process is safe and secure. That lets you focus on more important things, such as enjoying life as a Wingate University student.

It's easy to get started.

  1. Make sure your student has made you a third-party contact with access to their financial information 
  2. Login to workday.wingate.edu
  3. Click on the student worklet from the home page and click on “Financials Hub” 
  4. Under Financial Overview, click “Make a Payment”
  5. Click “OK” to be redirected to Transact.
 
 

Other Online Payment Options

Safely and securely pay your tuition and fees online:

  • eCheck – A free and convenient option. Add your bank routing number and your checking account information and payments are made electronically. On returned items, a SmartPay ACH fee will be implemented based on State regulation.
  • 529 Plans – Link your college plan to make convenient automatic payments
  • International Payments – Conveniently made through Transact. Transact Payments provides support for international payments through Transfermate. For international payment support:
    • TransferMate Multilingual, dedicated payment and account support 24/7

    • Best Rate Assurance for bank transfers

  • Credit Cards – We accept all major credit cards online.  There is a non-refundable service fee of 2.95% for each credit or debit card payment.  (Payment with an International credit or debit card incurs a 4.25% non-refundable service fee.)
