Emma Ahrens says the hands-on experience in the lab at Wingate and at the U.S. Sheep Experiment Station in Idaho has made her a more well-rounded student and has her eyeing research-based graduate programs.

At Wingate University, students can self-report their high school GPA and their test score (ACT, SAT, CLT or PSAT). Incoming classes of 2022 and 2023 are test-optional, but if a test score is not supplied, an essay is required.
