The Spring — The Arts Festival at Wingate University

Join us April 2-9, 2020, as we celebrate the arts at The Spring. Why call the festival The Spring? Well, we're holding it in the spring, but there's more to it than that. The original Wingate School was founded at a freshwater spring, commemorated with the Old Wellspring, one of our most recognizable landmarks. Also, much like a coiled spring, the arts hold within them a significant amount of potential energy – to entertain, to question norms, to change our perception of the world. That energy will be on full display in literature, theater, quilts, music, poetry and more. Come check it out.
