Campus Projects
Campus Operations strives to provide quality care for University property to enhance the learning and working environment for our students and employees. Below, you’ll find information about construction projects, renovations and repairs as well as instructions for how to request help from our maintenance, custodial and groundskeeping teams.
To let us know about a need, simply complete the Maintenance Request Form. For emergencies during regular business hours, call (704) 233-8220. For emergencies after hours or on weekends, call Campus Safety at (704) 233-8999.
How are projects prioritized?
Campus Operations uses a scorecard concept to evaluate projects and campus. The scorecard takes into consideration safety concerns, impact on students and employees, severity of the issue, dependency on the use of the facility or project, urgency, expense and the impact on revenue.
Shipping and Receiving
If you anticipate receiving a large package or bulk items or if you will need a loading dock for your delivery, please contact Campus Operations prior to ordering to discuss the best location for delivery and how we can ensure your package arrives to you safely.
