Services
There are charges associated with seeing a provider. The charge varies depending on the type of visit needed. We participate with BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, Medcost and Multiplan and the Student BCBS plan. Please provide your insurance information if you wish to file for the visit and in house labs. You will be responsible for any charges not billed to your insurance and for any denied claims and unpaid balances will be billed to your student account.
