Our campus in Ballantyne Corporate Park offers more than a convenient location and free parking that your attendees will love – our facilities and technology can make your gathering a breeze.

An Upscale Setting

Our Ballantyne rental facilities have 10,000 square feet of space, with classrooms, conference rooms and break areas. The largest rooms can seat up to 44 attendees. You can arrange the tables in most rooms to suit your event needs, including conference and classroom style or U-shaped.

An effective conference, meeting or training session depends on more than the setup. You need current technology to successfully communicate your message and ideas. Our state-of-the-art facilities include:

  • Wireless internet access

We have someone on-site during your event to provide technical support and help.

Venues and Fee Schedule

  • Conference Room (max capacity: 6-10 people) – 3 rooms available – $25/hour
  • Large Classroom – fixed seating (max capacity: 44 people) – 2 rooms available – $75/hour
  • Large Classroom – movable tables/chairs (max capacity: 40 people) – 3 rooms available – $50/hour
  • Small Classroom (max capacity: 16-22 people) – 4 rooms available – $40/hour

The facility is available for rent from 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Mondays through Thursdays, and from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Fridays. Select Saturdays are also available.
