Advocate Challenge: $1,000
Donors who make an online gift before March 23 have the opportunity to claim a One Day, One Dog t-shirt.
On March 30, post a photo to social media showing off your t-shirt with #OneDayOneDog. One poster will be selected at random to receive $1,000 to allocate to the fund of their choice.
First-Generation Bulldogs Challenge: $5,000
The Mann Family Foundation will donate $5,000 to First-Generation Bulldogs when 50 donors give to that fund.
Autobell and Salguiero Family Athletics Challenge: $1,000
Athletics teams that reach their donor goal will receive an extra $1,000 on top of what they raise!
The Salguiero Family Cross Country Challenge: $5,000
Cross country will unlock an extra $5,000 when the team reaches 40 donors.
Athletics Donor Challenge: $5,000
To the team with the most donors
Athletics Fundraising Challenge: $5,000
To the team that raises the most dollars
Midpoint Challenge: $5,000
Bill and Pam Crowder will give $5,000 when we are halfway (555) to our donor goal of 1,110.
Student Donor Challenge: $5,000
An anonymous donor will give $5,000 to Student Activities when the campaign reaches 150 current student donors.
Donor Goal Achieved: $30,000
Dennis and Patti Moser will give $50,000 when the campaign reaches its 1,110 donor goal.
Alumni Donor Challenge: $20,000
Dennis and Patti Moser will give $20,000 when the campaign has reached 400 alumni donors.
March 30 Challenges
Night Owl Challenge: Midnight - 4 a.m.
The fund with the highest number of gifts between midnight and 4am on March 30 will get $1,000.
Alumni Morning Mayhem: 6 - 10 a.m.
The fund with the highest number of gifts from Wingate alumni between 6am and 10am on March 30 will get $1,000.
First-Time Donor Challenge: 8 - 10 a.m.
Make your first gift to Wingate between 8am-10am and be entered to win an extra $1,000 for the area of campus that means the most to you!
Student Giving Challenge: Noon - 2 p.m.
The fund with the highest number of gifts from current Wingate students between 12pm and 2pm will get $1,000.
Faculty and Staff Challenge: 2 - 3 p.m.
The fund with the most employee gifts between 2pm-3pm will receive $1,000.
Bulldog Throwback Challenge: Until 4 p.m.
Were you the May Queen? Do you have a photo with the legendary Ethel K. Smith? We want to see your Wingate throwback photos! One winner will score $1,000 for their favorite fund.
Post your favorite throwback photo to Facebook or Instagram with #OneDayOneDog and be sure to include the fund you’d like to support in the caption.
Bulldog Parent Challenge: 5 - 6 p.m.
The fund with the highest number of gifts from parents between 5pm-6pm will receive $1,000.
Why I Give Challenge: Winners selected at 11 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Two loyal Bulldog supporters will be selected to receive $500 for the fund of their choice for telling the world why you choose to give to Wingate.
Just post to Facebook or Instagram sharing the reason you chose to give to @WingateUniv on #OneDayOneDog, making sure to include the tag and the hashtag.
Closing Time Challenge: 10 - 11:59 p.m.
As One Day, One Dog comes to a close, the fund with the highest number of gifts between 10 and 11:59 p.m. will receive an additional $1,000.
Last Gift Challenge: 11:59 p.m.
Be the last person to make an online gift before midnight, and the fund of your choice will receive $1,000.
