Community Garden
The Wingate Community & Adopt-a-Bed Program
The Adopt-A-Bed allows Wingate faculty, staff, graduate students and community members to "adopt" one of the raised beds in the Wingate Community Garden. Supplies and expertise are provided through partnerships with NC Cooperative Extension, Master Gardeners and Lomax Farmer in Training Program.
How do I adopt a bed?
In March we open a Google Form and you can sign up! Once all the adopters are confirmed, any seedling availability will be shared as well as the instructions for being a good Adopter.
