Located adjacent to the Batte Center Fine Arts Center, the Hinson Art Museum is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. (closed weekends). The address is:

Thanks to support from the Union County Community Arts Council and Brush Strokes and Music Notes, young artists from Unionville Elementary will visit the Hinson Art Museum and enjoy a sketching session with artist and photographer Stephen Hughes and his birds.

Well-known realist painter and furniture designer Bob Timberlake will give a talk to students at Wingate. Twenty-five pieces of his work are on display at the Hinson Art Museum.
