Greek Life

Greek Life at Wingate University consists of four different councils (NPC, IFC, MGC and NPHC). There are a total of 11 active organizations on campus and all hold recruitment activities throughout the year, advertised on their individual social medias and through school resources. Greek Life at Wingate University is dedicated to promoting a community of sisterhood and brotherhood. Each organization focuses on different aspects of academics, philanthropy and community and campus involvement. 

Sororities

Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. are part of the NPHC and Alpha Xi Delta, Alpha Omicron Pi, Chi Omega and Sigma Sigma Sigma are a part of the NPC.

Fraternities

Kappa Alpha Psi and Omega Psi Phi Fraternities, Inc. are a part of the the NPHC and Delta Sigma Phi, Pi Kappa Phi are a part of the IFC.

Co-Ed Fraternities

Alpha Psi Lambda is a co-ed Latino social Fraternity that both men and women are eligible to join.
