PawPost

Wingate PawPost is open for mail pickup from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. A photo ID is required to pick up mail items.

Student Mail and Packages

All incoming and outgoing USPS mail will be processed Monday through Friday, between 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Faculty/Staff Mail and Packages

University mailing address and format:

  • Using the above address format and information will help the PawPost team direct mail in the most accurate and timely manner.  
  • Mail received without a proper address or identification may be delayed or returned to sender. 
  • Outside couriers such as FedEx and UPS may deliver directly to specified buildings if the physical address is provided and the building is accessible by a delivery vehicle. PawPost is not responsible for ensuring the delivery of those packages. So, for the most reliable and timely delivery, use the address above. 
  • Incoming mail and packages that arrive at PawPost will be delivered weekdays to campus mail stops, except for those departments which have requested that it be held at PawPost.
  • If a package addressed to you and delivered to PawPost is too large for the University delivery vehicle, you will be notified via email to pick up the package at PawPost.
  • Beginning in January 2023, if your department is using 24/7 PawPost locker pick-up you will receive an email with a QR code when your mail or package is ready. Bring the QR code to the 24/7 locker room at the left entrance of the building within two days and scan it to open your locker and retrieve your mail.

  • All Incoming/Outgoing USPS mail will be processed and delivered Monday through Friday to campus mail stops, except for those departments who have requested their mail be held at PawPost.
  • Other couriers such as FedEx and UPS will deliver directly to the addressed building, except in the case where the building is inaccessible by the delivery vehicle. In these cases, PawPost will deliver the package.
  • Failure to address your packages correctly will result in a delay of delivery.


 

Faculty/Staff mailing address for AMAZON:

  1. In step 3, write your first and last name AND your department in the "Deliver To:" field.
  2. Select the first Wingate location address, so that it looks like this:

  • All Amazon Business Account packages will be delivered to PawPost and delivered via our campus mail service.
