The Office of Student Life advances the personal and academic growth of students by providing an engaging community that enhances learning.
You’re here to Major in a Great Life. We’re here to help you.
The Office of Special Academic Programs encourages you to tailor your Wingate University experience to meet your personal and professional goals. In the Lyceum Program, Center for Vocation, Internships and Career Services, undergraduate research initiative, Wingate Reading Experience (WiRE) and the Distinguish Speaker Series programs, you connect with teachers outside of the classroom, explore career options and engage in activities that provide you with the skills you need to become a leader in our global society.
We believe living on campus significantly enhances personal and professional development. The Office of Residence Life supports this experience.
The many programs and services provided by Campus Recreation promote an active lifestyle. You can play on an intramural team or work out in a group exercise class. If you crave outdoor adventure, you can sign up for one of our day trips.
Wingate University was founded on the belief that education and faith should be intertwined. Our knowledge is shaped by faith in order to lead students to a life of service to others. The staff of the Office of Student Ministries believe that through a multitude of worship opportunities, service learning experiences and student organizations, we can achieve our goals of:
- Appreciating others
- Providing meaning and purpose
- Serving those in need
The Wingate University Health Center staff delivers personalized care to diagnose and treat most common illnesses. We help you maintain optimal health as you navigate your college years.
