Our United Way Day of Caring is important to our students. two students work on a Habitat for Humanity house, getting ready to paint the exterior

In late August each year, Wingate University students, faculty and staff give back to their community in the annual United Way Day of Caring. Kicking off at Irwin Belk Stadium, Wingate teams fan out across Union County with one goal in mind: To give back. From painting fences and planting trees to cleaning yards and collecting trash, Bulldog teams help to make the world a better place for hundreds of their neighbors.
