In addition to our physical training programs, we also offer a series of nutrition challenges to increase health awareness.

These challenges are meant to slowly rebuild your diet and train you to consume food more conscientiously. They focus on:

  • Clean eating habits
  • Drinking more water daily
  • Eating breakfast regularly
  • Eliminating the urge to order out
  • Increasing fruit and vegetable intake
  • Introducing fiber to your diet
  • Reducing sugar consumption
  • Scheduling healthy snack times
