Free Classes for Everyone

When it comes to campus fitness, we go the extra mile to make sure students and staff have plenty of options to stay fit. All classes are taught by WU students and staff, and all are nationally certified. Arrive five minutes early, bring water and be ready to get a great workout!

We offer  classes like:

  • Functional Fitness
  • Butts and Guts
  • Cardio and Core
  • Indoor Cycling
  •  Zumba
  • A variety of yoga formats including meditation yoga, hot yoga and all levels of yoga
