Need to know what courses you need for your major? Our degree checklists have you covered.

You have enough on your plate without poring over course catalogs to determine whether you need two more semesters of math. And we want to make sure you don’t waste time and money by taking unnecessary courses. That’s why we’ve created a degree checklist for each major.

The checklist is simply a listing of the courses you need to take, all in one convenient place. Once you’re done with a course, check it off the list and move on to your next semester.

The Added Benefit

When you take courses you don’t need, it can take you longer to graduate. In fact, the typical North Carolina public university student takes an average of 5.3 years to graduate. And the longer it takes to graduate, the more your degree ends up costing.

At Wingate University, we hold firm to the Wingate University Pledge. If you follow our prescribed curriculum while maintaining the required GPA, we guarantee that you’ll graduate in four years.

Where Do I Get My Checklist?

The checklist for each major is different, so you’ll need to find your major via the Majors and Programs page. That link will take you to your department, where you’ll find your checklist for your major.
