The competitive Wingate International Grant for Students (WINGS) offers up to $3,500 to undergraduate students proposing to study abroad for a semester or a shorter term.

WINGS grants are for programs approved by the Office of International Programs. Examples include:

  • Approved internships for academic credit
  • Approved summer programs
  • Semester-long programs

Grant Guidelines

The Wingate International Grant for Students provides funds for qualified students to study abroad. The chart below offers broad guidelines for award amounts. These amounts serve only as a guideline. The actual award may vary depending on factors that include the number the applicants and your cumulative GPA.
