The Center for Vocation, Internships and Career Services helps prepare our students for life after college.

Helping students plan for their career is one of the most important things we do in the Center for Vocation, Internships and Career Services (CVICS), formerly the Office of Internships and Career Services. Students are assigned a career adviser, a member of our staff, to help guide them through the career planning process. We encourage students to visit with their career adviser each year to take advantage of all we offer.

Whether you’re a current student or alum, we have the tools you need to achieve your dreams.
We can help you:

  • Devise job search strategies
  • Explore careers
  • Find internship opportunities
  • Prepare for graduate school
  • Prepare for interviews
  • Write a résumé and cover letter

We know how important it is for students to find careers they love. We offer ways that parents can help your student in this process.

We make it easy for employers to post internships and jobs; if you’re an employer, we have tips about writing internship and job descriptions.

We also support our alumni who are considering a change in careers.

Social Media Connects

Students and alumni are welcome to connect with us in our LinkedIn group Bulldog Career Connections. Everyone can connect with us on Twitter and Facebook.
