The Office of the Registrar serves many purposes on campus. One of the most common issues we handle is the transcript request. At this time, Wingate University does not charge a fee for transcript requests. Please note that no requests are handled during university holiday breaks.
How to Complete Your Transcript Request
To request a transcript from Wingate University, please complete and sign the Request a Transcript Form (PDF). You must sign and return the form in order to authorize the release of your academic records. After you download the PDF, submit your completed form to the Office of the Registrar by mail, fax or in person during normal business hours. Details for each method are listed below.

Once we receive your transcript request form, we mail a transcript the same day we receive the request, in most cases. All official transcripts are printed on secure paper and sent via U.S. mail. We do not send any transcripts via fax or email.
Current students may log in to their WinLINK account to print an unofficial transcript or to request an official transcript.
Students with an overdue account balance or other financial hold must contact the Business Office for clearance before their transcript can be released.
In certain situations, current or former students may request permission for transcript special handling services. We will FedEx a transcript anywhere in the continental United States via Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight or Economy Two-Day. Please call the Office of the Registrar for authorization. Charges for shipping overseas vary depending on the destination. You may pay with Visa or MasterCard. Your credit card will be billed by FedEx.
If you need a transcript, we want to help you make the process as simple as possible. Please read our Transcript FAQs page first and call the Office of the Registrar if you still have questions.
