We roll out the red carpet to Wingate University families during Family Weekend.

mother and child visiting campusThis year, Family Weekend is scheduled for September 23 to 25. We hope you’ll visit Wingate University over Family Weekend, when your student can give you a tour of their favorite places and faces. Activities are designed for all ages, so bring the young ones and grandparents. Many Family Weekend activities are free; select events require ticketing in advance.

Please join us for Family Weekend 2016. Family members of all ages are invited for a weekend of food and fun. Meal prices:

  • Friday Meal Pass: $12 per person, which covers dinner on September 23rd only.
  • Saturday Meal Pass: $20 per person, which covers breakfast and tailgating on September 24th only.
  • Weekend Meal Pass: $25, which covers dinner on September 23rd and breakfast and tailgating on September 24th.

Prices at the door may be slightly higher. Please note that student meal plans do not cover Family Weekend meals. Athletic tickets are sold separatelyWe encourage you to book your room at the Courtyard Marriott Matthews, the preferred hotel for Family Weekend 2016.
